Fr Chris joyfully invites you to a Mystery Run on Saturday, May 1st, at 10:00 am
A mystery run is a run of an unspecified distance and route. The only information given to the runners is the start time and very broad parameters.
This Saturday, the 1st of May at 10:00 am, Fr Chris will lead any interested Adult Resident and Student Parishioners on a run that will be no less than 7 miles and no more than 14 miles long. It will take somewhere between 60 and 150 minutes to complete. It will involve some hills and some flats. Pacing will vary.
If you currently run 3-5 miles a day (3-4 days a week) with a long run of 7 miles at a pace of 8:30-9:00 minutes a mile, then your in good enough shape for this non-competitive fun run.
Our Mystery run will start and end at St Thomas Aquinas Church. You might bring a bottle of water or two.
Participants run at their own risk. This is not an official St. Tom's event.
